I just move better after this! It opens up my spine and entire body in ways I haven’t found in any other exercise system or equipment. I sleep better and wake up easier. This “upgrade” to my system is unlike any other I’ve experienced. I continue to learn more each time I do it, specifically about how my body works, where I can gain deeper connections and how to use my body with efficiency .
